The San Francisco Greater Mission Rotary Club
The San Francisco Greater Mission Rotary Club was founded on October 25, 1989. Our club is one of more than 33,000 Rotary clubs established in more than 200 countries around the world. Rotary clubs are open to all cultures, races and creeds. As signified by our motto "Service above Self", we service the community, the workplace, and the world.
San Francisco Greater Mission Rotary Club is a small ordinary club that does large and extraordinary things. Our club is 100% volunteer driven and every penny we receive supports our programs. Domestically, we support education, youth and senior programs in the San Francisco Mission District. Internationally, we support the Yag Laser Medical Equipment Outpatient Eye Clinic in San Juan de Dios hospital in Santa Ana, El Salvador, S. A. and the Rotavision Programs, dedicated to teaching and empowering doctors and Ophthalmologists in developing countries to teach local medical professionals to perform reconstructive plastic surgeries and to provide medical care and treatment for disabled children and adults with clefts, burns and hand injuries and eye problems.

Membership is very important to us!
Our primary goal is to continuously expand the club with committed members who have the interest and ability to get involved in service and humanitarian projects.
We are always eager to hear from individuals interested in our club's mission and in exploring whether they would like to join our club.
We do our best to see that the membership of the San Francisco Greater Mission Rotary Club constitutes an all-inclusive cross-section of the business and professional men and women in our community.
